Step 5/ Determine Estate Sales Staffing

When deciding how many people you will need to staff your Estate Sale, first determine the layout of the house and its traffic patterns. For a two or three bedroom home, we typically use three to four staff people.

If you can manage to have a friend or family member stationed, one each per room, this will make your Estate Sale more secure, and proceed more efficiently

Here’s the way we staff our Estate Sales:

1. Cashier
2. Assistant Cashier
3. Someone to staff our glass cases and watch over valuables.
4. One to two staff members to supervise the rest of the house
