Vintage Sterling Silver Dollar Sign Money Clip

This is a very interesting sterling silver money clip with a baseball theme. It appears to be an award of some kind. We don’t  know the team, or what the enameled emblem means.

Inscription: Baseball Runner Up 1952

We bought this on a buying trip at a small antique shop on the up-slope of the Grapevine, on our way to Los Angeles.
